Mrs. Perron and Mrs. Lampros received grant money, from the WEF, to purchase iPad Minis with the intent of creating STEAM lessons, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math, with their students.
Mrs. Perron’s 5th, 4th, and 3rd grade classes have been creating stop animation movies based on core content. Grade 5 created Phases of the Moon animations Grade 4 created Life cycle of Plants animations Grade 3 created Geometric Shape form Transformation animations As student teams complete their animations they will be posted on the DayArtMusic2015 youtube channel. Your child will need to explain to you how we named the videos, since we didn’t want any way to personal identify the artists. Mrs. Lampros will soon have her classes create compositions and record music to to accompany the movies.
